Tim represents plaintiffs in class actions and other litigation matters. He has prosecuted many consumer class actions, along with commercial and tort disputes, in state and federal courts throughout the nation. Tim has worked extensively with attorneys around the country in coordinated joint venture arrangements to prosecute cases on a national scale.

  • Counsel for nationwide class of persons alleging breach of contract and fraud in connection with currency exchange rates related to money transfers to Mexico

  • Counsel for class of property owners alleging property value diminution stemming from leaking underground storage tanks

  • Counsel for nationwide class of consumers of defective polybutylene plumbing pipe which class action was successfully resolved through the creation of a nationwide settlement fund worth more than $1 billion
