Tim
represents plaintiffs in class actions and
other litigation matters. He has prosecuted
many consumer class actions, along with
commercial and tort disputes, in state and
federal courts throughout the nation. He
is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial
Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Tim has worked extensively with attorneys
around the country in coordinated joint
venture arrangements to prosecute cases
on a national scale.
